Quantify the impact in terms that matter at the executive level: revenue growth, profitability improvements, market share gains, valuation increases, or successful exits. Keep the tone confident, concise, and results-oriented. Executive cover letters should be direct and substantive — no fluff, no platitudes. Avoid phrases like "I believe I would be a good fit" or "I'm passionate about your mission." Instead, state your value proposition clearly: "I build high-performing go-to-market organizations that consistently exceed revenue targets." If you have board experience, thought leadership publications, or industry recognition, mention them briefly.
